Can someone make me an avatar of this gif on this frame? I dunno if the original gif would help, but here it is.
Maybe cut a bit from the sides if that makes the proportions better in avatar size. And if it's not too much to ask for, cutting out the background blue from the top corners and making it transparent would be cool.

Wonder if anybody could make the background transparent and if possible remove the tail? No biggie if you can't! Cropped it so it should scale down to 100x120 easily. Thanks in advance if you do that for me!
