Considering I chose vehicles that only exist in one game or the other, cars that only have license plates in one game, and tracks that are obviously only in one game, you may have misread my intentions. Also, let's be fair, if you put a question mark, that doesn't mean you got that one right.

It can drop frames under heavy load (16 car grid in heavy weather).

I never really notice it. But I also never had a problem with Forza Horizon only running at 30fps.

Maybe my eyes can only see 30fps, I dunno.

Replays run at 30FPS in replay cameras, gameplay runs at 60FPS with minor slowdowns.

Online races with 16 people on the Nurburgring with dynamic time of day/weather at 60fps 99% of the time is indeed pretty godly.

The quiz was more about knowing the ins-and-outs of each game than about the real visuals, at least in my mind. That's why I put the time into choosing the contents of the images more so than necessarily finding the "best looking" for either game (otherwise you'd have seen more of my favorite GT5 shots in there.) The rest was about seeing how scared Farrow was to actually take a chance at it

GT5 makes it more effortless to take "realistic" shots because of some of its surface-lighting shaders (which sometimes wreak havoc on your composition if you don't know how to control them), while from my experience, Forza seems to have more flexibility for stylized shots (plus having access to the full library of cars at full detail is much more convenient than sometimes running into questionable standard-detail cars when you want a particular composition). I've seen photos from both games that wouldn't be out of place in an auto-porn magazine.

This is GT5 raw. It swaps a lot of things. You cant even see the final result before the final rendering image.
