The series review scores are like clockwork, which is weird.

It's always been a 7.5/10 game to me

Not serious enough? I would understand that, it's definitely no sim.

But for me they're pure fun! And chaotic enough to have me grinning when blasting through the scenery with crap flying about outside of races. It's consistently been my favorite racing IP since FH3 - which was close to perfection. I've just wanted nitro boost for awhile now, some day I hope they'll go there, that would be the 11/10 moment for me.

They fucking fixed the rims going from 3d to 2d as soon as the car starting moving .

I need to confirm this for sure but if this is true ? Game of the generation for me lol

I liked Forza Horizon so far and I like the setting in this one.
But the formula is definitely getting stale. Hate the whole festival thing, the constant yapping, the atrocious menus and UI....

You are in a review thread. The game reviewed well, which was as expected as there hasn't been an FH that was received badly.

I'm buying on sale because car customization is, again, extremely limited. I was expecting more with this entry and I didn't ask for this shitty garage customization.

However what they really need to improve is car customization. I hate nothing more than getting/buying a new car, go to tuning and be greeted with no available body parts for a car.

I'd be buying it right now if they had improved this aspect of the game. Doesn't need to be NSFU levels with underglow and shit, but have at least bodykits for the majority of cars in the game. What makes it more annoying is that they had 5 years since FH5.

I am still looking forward to playing FH6, though, just not now... I may change my mind if the 1st DLC has a focus on car customization but I don't see that happening at all.

I had to take down my triple screen setup so entertainment is my thing these days. I can't do serious racing with a controller. Haven't even tried the latest Forza and played GT7 for a week. But for those who want a sim they could add a more serious mode. Regular Forza is more or less gone now, they should use the expertise from Turn 10 to include a new sim mode. And also up the craziness for a pure arcade mode with Ridge Racer slides and nitro boosts. Hire some old Evolution devs and get some cool mud physics. The perfect racing package.

THey are not pushing an agenda here if they want to have diversity of how someone feel he should look like or what they like to be called. Just a racing game with no narrative of the avatar as part of the story. I don't care if someone identify as a frog in the game.

You're missing the forest thru the trees, yes it's a racing game and it isn't a huge ordeal BUT obviously it's a huge enough ordeal that the devs said let's put pronouns in the game, it's this notion that it ignores what literally 90% of the population wants by just selecting male or female.

Downplaying it is exactly what they want. If it's a nothing burger then why is pronouns and 3 body types selectable? It's just a racing game, why even put it in there?

Agreed. But for my money, even with the worst-in-class "everything other than racing", the racing is so good that it still ends up with a 9.75/10 on my meter. Best arcade car racing series of all time. Frankly I can give it best overall racing series of all time. With each new entry improving on the previous.

Hyperbole was very strong as well, but U2 defined linear action games in 2009 and It deserved 10/10 much more than fucking Mixtape of FH6 (same game since part 3) lol.

I really don't feel like reading now, but do the reviews say anything about the progression? Because that was my beef with 5 but also the others before it. You would start out with a already damn nice car and soon they'd be rewarding you with supercars and what not, totally ruining any kind of....feeling of having achieved something.

Isnt type A is a man ? That's what I selected and it looked like a man to me. Retarded man but still one lol.

Unless the problem is type A B and whatever lizard type C is ? I can see this being annoying to some but that didn't push my buttons like say a game like the the last of lgptq 2 did.
