Were you able to (drastically) alter the ride height in Forza 3? I don't necessarily want to make a lowrider, but I would like to semi-slam a car or two (well...really just one, a 240z).

With all this focus on american muscle I decided to try some out in Forza 3, I've never bothered before. It's actually quite fun if you just upgrade the engine (no swap) to max, slap on the widest rear tires and leave everything else stock.

So I read that there are no new wheels/rims in FM4.. Yes, the game will still be awesome and all, but that is a big letdown for me :( The selections in FM3 was so-so, and I don't know about you guys, but I've built so many cars in FM3 that I've used all wheels like three times over. I know it's not REALLY that big of a deal, but it's gonna feel somewhat stale when all wheels look "old". Oh well, maybe it's just me..

Anyway, that matte black Maserati - does it come in matte black or can you (PLEASE) paint matte colors now?

The way they can be painted and their level of detail should make them look completely new to us if they didn't add more ^_^

Where did you get that info from btw?

They'll look better, no doubt, but they are still the same wheels :p This info comes from people who are playing the preview/review copies. And sounds believeable, since in no screenshot can I spot new wheels.. :/

I don't know if they implemented that into the dlc engine though.

you shouldnt be so open to DLC, if you support companys doing stuff like that the next thing you know they keep back half the game and make you pay double the amount

I'm sure dlc rims wouldn't be that expensive :p

Remember there's like hundreds and hundreds of aftermarket parts that we haven't even seen modeled in a game before.

$5 for 20-30 new rims wouldn't be bad at all, it'll breathe a TON of life to any and every single car you own and would make for amazing combinations with certain cars and for the experience of owning different themes of the same vehicle.

Plus it's a hell of a reference point if you wanted to try out rims before you bought them irl.


Hell have the rim manufacturers sponsor them! Free rims!

The Headlight covers are something ive been dreaming about since the Hakosuka was introduced in FM3.

I hope theres the classic Escort Mk1....Headlight covers on that = sex

Higher detailed tracks had to COST some resources but NO the shit is fucking 60FPS and all the full details...

It might be, but I doubt it. Can you even mess with the liveries for race cars?

And it wouldn't be the first time marketing for the competition has appeared in racing games. Sega ads on the start finish line at Fuji Raceway springs to mind. I'm sure amar can bring up more examples.

1. Is there truth to the rumor the LCE includes the season pass?
2. Has a price been set on the season pass?
3. Has a price been set on the individual car packs (I believe they were 400 in F3)?
