Check your tools > extensions folder, first.

Yeah, it says it's installed under extensions. Nothing's popped up or anything, and I don't see anything in the Tools bar which would allow me toggle it on or off.

I guess you can try reinstalling, then go under tools>extensions again, click on "options" and see if anything's not set right.
