One of the best sitcoms ever - up there with Seinfeld imo.
The writing is so damn clever, the characters are unlike anything else, and there's a lot of genuine heart to the show.

Very underrated imo.

Amazing to think that Friends, Seinfeld, and Frasier all used to air on the same night.

Hell its better then Seinfeld. When it was in its prime Frasier was probably the funniest sitcom I've ever seen.

I like Fraiser alot, his struggle with his morals I always found funny and easy to identify with, But I think the show went on a bit too long and on top of that I thought the last season was by far the worst season which left a sour taste for me. I haven't been watching it lately, I'm hoping if a take a break from watching it I'll get back into it again later.

What program do you use to photoshop a picture?

Great show, I'll be picking up the DVDs. I'm guessing one of the few really successful spin off shows.

When do you think this show "Jumped the Shark"?

I enjoyed the show a lot. Best one is when he keeps having gay dreams. I died on that one.

Jumped the shark... I guess when Niles and Daphne started dating. It's just 100X funnier when he was constantly infatuated with her. Kinda like Ross/Rachael thing, only Fraiser was smart enough to wait 6 seasons or so before ruining it.

It's not funnier than Seinfeld, but is light years ahead of Friends.
Totally. Seinfeld >>> Frasier >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> (holds keyboard down for rest of night) >>>> Friends

Fraiser, Friends, and Seinfeld are all funny for different reasons.

PS: hmm..there sure are a lot of sitcoms beginning with the letter 'F'..

You have to be an elitist to enjoy the subtle humour of Frasier :p

I remember one with them slamming the 1812 Overture as not being Classical. Only this show could do that.

"I didn't get much sleep; I kept dreaming the same nightmare that someone had kidnapped my floursack baby and they were sending me muffins in the mail."

I really liked it, but lost track when Daphne and Niles finally got together. I've seen maybe four or five of those episodes, I don't remember them being particularly good or bad. Marty's my favorite character on the show, he's just so likeable. My favorite episode is probably the one where Daphne's going to quit because Marty doesn't need her assistance with his rehab excercises anymore, so Niles subconciously tries to hurt his dad so that she'll stay.

"Dad, won't you come out to the balcony with me?"

*Marty frantically heads for the door leading outside the house*

Not funny if you just read the text, but if you've seen the episode you probably laughed! The combination of his scared expression and his hurried exit on his walker was great.
