I have an original NES, and a couple of controllers, that are just sitting in my closet that I want to get rid of; problem is: I can't get the system to work, nor can I get one of the controllers to work either. This might sound kind of ungenerous - giving away something that is broken, after all- but I wouldn't be shocked if someone here on GAF could fix it up like new again. I feel bad just throwing these things out, so PM if you're interested. Oh, and it should go without saying: I will ship these things for free.
