I just came back to EQ2 after like 3 months of being away. I was very suprised to see that they still had not unlocked the Froglok race had still not been unlocked. Looks like I came back at a good time.

It's a LONG quest to unlock them, but easy if you're over 30. It's a level 25 quest for the Frog on your account. The server-wide one is a server-wide raid apparently.
