Daylight Savings Time should just become Standard Time. It wouldn't solve the issue of it being pitch black at 5PM in the Winter, but it would at least help.

Next time we move the clocks forward, just keep it that way!

When it started this year there was a tiny push for this. That might be every year though. Too many other things take priority but I think an earlier sunset can have a decent effect on how people feel and it lasts a long ass time. DST forever!

Getting out of work to complete darkness is just sad.

You wanna know whats crazy, Trump is was weirdly quite informed on this subject, so much so that washington post even agreed. The play is to have DST permanently so we move forward one hour once then that's the end of it.

It's pretty useless given how much of our economy is more relevantly determined by actual, numerical time rather than when the sun is shining. Especially in a 24-hour globally active world.

I was against it, but working from home started to appreciate sunrise coming "earlier".
