You mean of the snow leopard girl and etc? XD
I'd say.. yeah. They are too animalistic in some ways, while not enough in others, turning it into a bad mix for me.
For example,
Too human: Shiny lips. Human-ish pointed chin. No fur or what looks like airbrushed colours on skin.
Too animal: pointed nails and pawpads on snow leopard, extra fluff and tufts of fur in ears and end of tail when everything else is smooth
They are technically very good pieces, and I can see how they have aesthetic appeal, but it's just not my preferences for furry art. To me, their faces and airbrush markings look kind of stupid. Perhaps if it weren't coloured so realistically with smooth shading, it wouldn't look so off to me. Then again, I am picky.
Solatorobo though.. cute! Not trying too hard to be realistic. Thoguh in most anime-styles anthros, I find the females to be way more human-looking than the males (many males have some sort of snout emphasized with more animal-like statures/postures, while females often just have the tiny mouths and even pointed chins and lipstick and perfectly human female breasts and postures), and I consider it a gender/style inconsistency and dislike it a lot too.
ITT, I am judging furry art according to my tastes! Not that I can really do any better, mind you!
