Half the fun of owning a gaming PC is putting it together and troubleshooting it. If you're getting someone else to put it together for you, you're not going to want to troubleshoot a game that is performing bad. PC is not for you.
Some people are really excited about Xbox One X. I don't understand these people, if this is you, great, get that.
The Switch is Vita 2.0 with better first party support. I loved my Vita, I love my Switch. BOTW is a killer app, I have every confidence Mario will be too.
The PS4 Pro is cool I guess? The first party support is great, and Sony has most of the AAA third parties locked down with exclusive content this generation. I have an OG PS4 and it's still trucking along great.
I'd recommend PS4 Pro/Switch, you get the best of both worlds on a budget.

Buy a new PC to play Xbox One X and PC exclusives, and new 4K TV. I mean, the rest should be enough for a PS4 Pro or a Switch in order to play Sony or Nintendo exclusives.
