Northern Lights (of Areb Crew), Himself the Majestic, and Mob No Sob (Western Tink and Beautiful Lou) recently dropped videos that took very different approaches. One of the things that defines Wave Rap is the self-produced element. You have very small teams producing music that is on par with the material produced by full-scale music machines....
The new Planet Asia and Madlib collab has some old beats from Madlib's discography and I think one new beat, but it still sounds good. Plus, Planet Asia chose some of his best beats to rap on anyway. At this point I would say Planet Asia just called Madlib up and asked to rap on some of his beats.

Its def up there for me, MMLP comes close, as does Stankonia. Prob is my no 1 tho
College Dropout by far. Next up is 2001. A lot of the reason for each is personal significance (getting me back into/into rap). MotM1 is probably the one after that.
Also, GAF-Hop I've been in and out of this thread for the past week, anything major I missed aside from the new Weeknd?
Impossible to say. I could probably narrow it down to 20 with CD being somewhere in the middle.

This will be his third full attempt at releasing the album and the other 2 (one recorded between Square in the Circle and Everybody's Nobody, and the other between Vizzy Zone and Zero Heroes) may be included with the official release. The original had a few songs where Seven brought in live orchestra segments for beats.

After listening to a bit of MCC, Quest has what I now call the Spitta effect going. He can flow his ass off, but that urgency of his just does not lend itself to hyper sounding accompaniment, which is weird as hell, but whateves. Get him on some more 'The Blur' esque Mt. Eden, along with AI (ICE) who did him well on the Reason and the dude would kill it.

I had a mono class Diamond 1000w with 2 JL 15" W6's. I was changing cars so I had the box and amp up in my house, and I guess I was fucking around with the knobs and shit and left the gain turned all the way up. Keep in mind, before I had to keep the gain turned up as slightly as humanly possible to not overload the subs.
So I hook everything and don't think to check any knobs on the amp. Fired up the Caddy and boom. Both subs just sounded like a 747 crashing into a block of hard rubber. Shut the radio off and went back to asses the damage. Just a couple hits and one of the W6 woofers was ripped out at the seam about 1/3 the way around.
Be careful if you get a big boy mono class amp. They're not to be fucked with.
