TDE seems to have their shit together. Really solid 2016 overall and it looks like 2017 will be just as good if everything they're promising comes out + hopefully a new Kendrick LP, but that's probably just a pipe dream.

It's phenomenal...allegedly.

I thought it'd be more piano-driven and acoustic, but the instrumentals of the albums incorporate more electronic elements and they're amazing.

Sampha currently has the best album out so far, I can safely say.

Azizi has been teasing a new album on Insta and it's about to drop any minute now.

And I still need to check on the new Sampha. From the tracks he released I can only assume it's pretty good.

Still waiting for Thugga to come out (or maybe he's asexual). I could see Drake being bi, tbh. Imagine the biggest rapper right now coming out. Would be a huge step for progress in Hip-Hop.

I mean, let's be real. Literally nobody would be surprised if true.

EDIT: Okay, I think I sound hypocritical here. On the one hand, I don't like "toxic masculinity", OTOH I'm implying Drake being more sensitive and emotional always made him seem gay. I don't think he's faking his love for women and wouldn't be surprised if he was also bi.

I also feel basically all that shit he was rapping about was a lie?! Tbh I don't know what it's like to be gay in the hip hop community, and maybe wouldve done the same if I was gay.

Anyways I don't even know what I'm trying to say here, I'm just confused. Doubt him being himself will suddenly mean he starts making good music anyway. 😅
