I seriously went to a team meeting playing one version of Election Mafia, but hit a wormhole at some point cause there was an entirely different game being played when I got back to my desk. I had like 20 minutes to catch up and try to make a decision.
Gafia is an ever evolving beast. If you don't keep up then natural selection will leave you behind.

Anyway, had a bit of IRL Crysis the past week (it involved forms, A LOT OF DOCUMENTS AND FORMS, living abroad + uni aftermath stuff, argh), but it's all mostly sorted now (mostly)

I'm not too bummed about Election. Yes I had a great role but once I realized there were no other viable lynch candidates (kill the new player or the replacement player, great choices) and the shadow of Launch was going to bury me I'd basically accepted the fact that I was either getting lynched or NK'ed.
I just overthought NX. I would've accepted the L after the disastrous D1 (is batsnacks ever coming back) but to get so close to the end, only to lose... it kinda sucks. Full credit to Sorian, for a neutral he did a great job siding with town.

In general I do think that only day 1 had way too much blabber, it was lot more tolerable later.

Anyway, yeah day 1 was definitely a lot of noise. Day 2 was on track to be pretty good until the Blarg claim and then after that, the post count was still there but most of it was concentrated conversation.

I feel like we need a name for his D1 strategy.
Karkadorian Gambit: One player role claims as simple townie and offers to be the first lynch victim, only to about-face and accuse those who agree to it.
Dead thread brought up a good point. Town should have went for anyone who distanced themselves from the whole Kark situation as much as possible. All of the over eager town jumped on Kark like he was crazy but the three scum were just kind of like "meh, let them sort it out."
Moonbeam City - does anyone else get an Archer vibe from this?
It is like watching Archer after doing to much drugs.
