AND they wasted guaranteed money with pirate rangers. PIRATE RANGERS!!! Personally, I think the problem was that they were trying to emulate MMPR, and they succeeded a little too well. I was reading an article on the production of the original show and quite a lot of stuff that happened in Megaforce was stuff that was supposed to be in the original, such as the rangers wearing the same outfit unmorphed every episode.

It came back about a month ago, took last week off, and now is back for the rest of the year! And don't worry, the series has continued the momentum it had before the summer hiatus. Evey week it astounds me just how good the show is, and continues to get!

The whole pirate ranger set up is just so disappointing, that whole season was just a massive dissapointment. They take some of the BEST looking rangers/zords and don't even call them pirates! At all! And man you don't understand, color coordination is hard. How else is everyone supposed to know that is the Red Ranger if he doesn't wear the same red shirt every episode?? Or how the guy with the bright silver shirt is the Silver Ranger?

Going to have to find those new episodes though! Glad to hear it's still great even after the weird hiatus, I was a little worried it would have killed the pacing of it.

Muntant Nightmare! I was surprised by how long it took them to get those games right. The first one was pretty good, but only allowed two players(and I had two brothers). Number 2, battle nexus, probably had the best campaign and added 4 player co-op... But made everyone share the same health bar. Yeah, let's just say some 'Brotherly Love' ensued whenever we played that one. 3 finally got it right, and probably at the best time because it came out right when the show hit it's peak at season 4. After that Fast Forward happened, or what I like to call it, our generations Turbo. No where near as bad as fans make it out to be, but reviled at the time it was released.

Holy shit what a blast from the past. I haven't seen this game in years but I remember coming home from school and playing Mutant Nightmare or Battle Nexus with a friend. Man. I had even forgotten about that BS shared health bar system in 2, tried to bury it and never remember I guess haha.

Who plays Destiny (PS4) around here? I haven't played it since launch week, but I'm watching Giant Bomb do the new raid right now, and man....I'm feeling some feelings.

I've played it off and on since it launched. Still haven't picked up Taken King ( going to beat Witcher 3 first ) but I've heard some great things about all the new content. If we could get enough people I think it would be fun to give one of the Raids a try. o:

I agree completely. A few weeks ago I was very keen to move things forward, but right now I'm not able to commit the necessary amount of time. Nevertheless, we do have some people who can and want to take over the reins (temporarily).
