Not really coherent, but here's a sampling of shots from a trip to the San Diego Zoo

Nice! I've been meaning to select some suitable pictures and have a go at that in PS, before I stump up for a dedicated lens.

Went plane spotting for the first time yesterday. 50 minute drive, 45 minute walk torwards the place I wanted to spot for the first time, found out that runway is completely closed until september, took another 45 minute walk to get to another spot. Lesson for next time: use car more next time. :p Had a couple of cool shots though.

All taken with a 5D MKIII in combination with my 300mm F2.8 IS. That lens keeps flabbergasting me. I'm still getting amazed of it's sharpness.

Very nice shots. I need to do this sometimes.

You should, I had a blast. Certainly doing it again. Went to Brussels Airport for my first time. Will visit it again, but only when the other runway is in use again. That one allows for some very cool pictures I think.

Thinking about going to Schiphol soon. I've really gotten a taste for it, and Schiphol apparently is much better to go and spot than Brussels Airport.

I also need to do this, great shots. I have some airplane shots as I live 2 miles from a regional airport used from time to time by a local naval base. I also live less than 20 minutes from one of the lagest airports in the states, DFW.

Which is? :p

Another quick pic of my godson. Got a bit tired of the shots with my tele objectives, so I went a bit closer this time. Shot with a 24-70 F2.8 II.

Thanks had to edit the link. Guess my site has the source image protected...which makes sense.

The post-cropping capabilities of my E-M1 continue to astound me, both close to 100% crops with a 75mm lens.

Wow, so much incredible stuff on here I don't know where to begin. Excited to edit my macro pictures now I've gotten back from holiday, but its a sad feeling when your pictures are mainly for keepsakes not actual decent photography. I need to get into doing more workshops!

Cool, will add you shortly.

Here are my most recent photos... I had lunch with my friends in their small village outside Dongguan in Southern China. We just went out for about 20 minutes for some photos so nothing to exciting. These are probably the best of the lot.

I've been working a lot on building a workflow in Lightroom to bring the feel of 35mm film to my digital photos without crossing the line into "Instagram filter" territory.

First photo nails it, especially with the old lady and her dog. I thought it was an example of what you were going for until I saw her cell phone hahaha

Nice work!

Thx! Got my new Zeis 135mm F2.0 in the mail today. :)

So here come the obligatory 'I got a new lens so I'll head into the garden for a while' pictures. :D The MF is really smooth, but it'll take some getting used to to completely master it. But first impressions are awesome. I just love the way this lens feels. It's heavy, but it's so damn well built. Can't wait to try it out on some more alive subjects. :) It does help that there is focus confirmation.
