I think Robbie Bach already said it was a console exclusive for the 360.

Oblivion is exclusive to the X-Box 360...till the PS3 version comes out .

I wouldn't be shocked to see Condemned, Ghost Recon AW, Ridge Racer, Oblivion, and Call of Duty 2 make their way to the PS3 eventually. I haven't seen any "Only on 360" tags on their boxarts yet. Perhaps he means time exclusive or deals similar to that of GTA?

He mentions Saint's Row, but haven't the devs hinted at a PS3 release already for it? Oh well, I could care less since I'll own all 3 consoles anyway.
