The Amiga Brotherhood
I would love a game based on that White Planet episode of Astroboy where they race around the world in all the different vehicles that had totally different abilities. Remember that? There was a snake vehicle, a zebra-patterned one, a water spider-type one, the White Planet, Snake's (the character) vehicle that looked like a hovercraft with a throne on top etc, travelling through all sorts of locations. An arcadey fast-paced racer based on that episode would rock. ROCK HARD.

An adventure game based on the life of Sir Richard F. Burton.

A dog game that was good, unlike Dog's Life.

Some crazy ass title partly written by a PHI professor, exploring and experimenting with the players ideas about the world.

Segagaga in English....possibly the greatest game release ever in its context of time.

Maybe a game where you run a Christian Anti-Gay Conversion Camp like the institution described in this thread from the off-topic area:

http://www.ga-forum.com/showthread.php?t=51038

It would be like a management/strategy game. Tasks would include ensuring girls shave their legs every few days, making boys play football, running around preventing boys from getting together alone in rooms, blocking access to internet and music and preventing visiting parents from seeing their sons make effeminate hand gestures, while preventing residents from talking to news reporters lurking around the perimeter. Clicking on a Conversion Camp resident would show a picture of a guy. Do everything right and he looks like David Hasslehoff drinking beer. Slack off and he starts to look like Richard Simmons discoing. Be too strict and he turns into a leatherman with handlebar moustache cracking a whip.

Sounds like a lot of people just want what they've already played with new graphics and slight gameplay changes. Where's your imagination?

Meh, I'm creatively bankrupt and I like chrono trigger/cross.

A 2D zombie game where you have to go from one building to the roof of another in order to make it to a helicoptor and the salvation it provides.

With any luck, it's something I'll be able to actually start soon enough. I'm really into the idea of making homebrew games, but no one I know who programs is interested in making a small dev team.

Jetforce Gemini 2

Sega Rally 3(hurry up SEGA)

Direct sequel to Super Mario 64

Having the original Buffy/Indiana Jones development team (theyre under a new name now, dunno what it is at the moment) make another beatemup/adventure game.

Heres one I've always fanatasized about-seeing Hideo Kojima get ahold of the Terminator license and expanding on that universe. Have it set between all time time lines-past,present,and future. Throw in t1000s,Txs,T800's,soldiers fighting by your side, just go all out nuts with the Terminator universe. :)
I'd want to see the usual trade marked Kojima styled cut scenes to go with some wild shooting/platforming/hand to hand action, all in 3rd person. Not so much stealth though, some is good, but i don't want it to be about sneaking past terminators too much.

A fighting game that invovles all major college and professional sport mascots! Can't you see it? A big red sock fighting a yankee? Or a car piston fighting a spur. Lots of potential IMO :)

Something with absolutely 100% perfect every-time-unique context-sensitive action generation for crazy slow-motion stunts and jumps and stuff.

Or, just something with a really really amazing dynamic animation system that could actually make, say, a hand to hand combat scene look completely cinematic, yet also be completely unique.

As for something that's possible...

A modern Herzog Zwei and an Xbox port of Virtual On Force with Live play.

Hayao Miyazaki's: Pilotwings Ghibli

from the Totoro Umbrella bonus stage to Crazy Taxi-style Kiki delivering to air pirate battles with Porco Rosso. Nausicaä, Laputa, Spirited Away, and Howl's all have some great flying material as well. I'd buy a Revolution for this game.

GOLDEN GIRLS 64!!!!!!

But really, an Angel videogame would be incredible. Too bad the second buffy game didn't sell well, I think.

Powerstone 3
Project Justice 2
Street Fighter 4
Darkstalkers 4
Fighters Megamix 2
Fighting Vipers 3
Zone Of The Enders 3
Onimusha: Dawn Of Souls For Xbox 360
Okami for GameCube
Devil May Cry 4 for Xbox 360
Virtua Fighter 5
Sega Rally 3
Daytona USA For Xbox 360
Outtrigger 2
Alien Front 2
Virtua Cop 4
Unreal Champsionship 3
Virtua Tennis 3

and the list goes on... and on... and on... and on...

Most certainly System Shock 3 - a good old single player emergent FPS with a lot of scariness and a focus on "oh crap, there's something breathing raggedly outside of my makeshift hiding space and all I have is a 2x4 and this audio log" and not "ah, here I am with my powered-up rocket launcher, take that aliens!" type of atmosphere.

I'd like a healthy, beefy dose of Fallout 3; non-molested and innocent of MMO conventions and deathmatch multiplayer nonsense. A gritty, gory, dirty single player tale of love and loss in the wastleland.

Master of Magic 2, for God's sakes! Where's the humanity!?

A non-console-trashed sequel to Deus Ex.

More stuff in The Guardian Legend , Kid Icarus, and Blaster Master mythos.

A sequel to Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne that expands and develops the demon fusing, fiend fights, and overall artistic direction from that title.

For original stuff... I want to be a tidal pool organism (randomly selected at the start of the game.. you might be a sea urchin, a sea star, a crab, a fish, a sand flea... etc... ) that has to journey from tide pool to tide pool , slowly discover the world outside of my sandy resting place and the terrible tragedy that unfolds on my little beach.... yeeeeaa!
