Wish I could help you, but I couldn't figure it out either.

Luckily I was moving to a different country and cancelled the CC it was on. After a few months I think they put the pieces together, and due to guilt I actually didn't use Complete for the last month even though it was still active.

You can also call the 800 number listed on your credit card statement next to Gamespot, but good luck finding it on the site...

Dont get me started... I tried to cancel for almost a year, and wound up getting double charged each month for a solid 3 months. I finnaly got it turned off, but it took FOREVER.

I called them like a week after E3 ended and waited on hold for 10 minutes, guy cancelled my account, no questions asked. Total time I was on the phone, maybe 11 minutes.

well, i used the link, sent in the message, and 4 minutes later i got a cancel confirmation. so im good to go, thanks alot once again.

They didn't advertise it, but I was able to cancel via email soon after E3.

Ooh. It's not much, but I'm tempted to drop them. I only really signed up for E3.

Why these sites haven't offered up an E3 deal, I'll never know.
