Luckily I was moving to a different country and cancelled the CC it was on. After a few months I think they put the pieces together, and due to guilt I actually didn't use Complete for the last month even though it was still active.
Dont get me started... I tried to cancel for almost a year, and wound up getting double charged each month for a solid 3 months. I finnaly got it turned off, but it took FOREVER.
Did they change it? Didn't know you could cancel online.
I called them like a week after E3 ended and waited on hold for 10 minutes, guy cancelled my account, no questions asked. Total time I was on the phone, maybe 11 minutes.
