FIY Gamestop is fully profitable and has a literal mountain of cash (10B and BTC). Software sales are in decline (digital age) but hardware (used and new), collectibles and collectible grading (partnership with PSA) are going strong. And they even have great trade-in values for consoles nowadays (like almost full price).
