Some people work very hard on their body, why shouldn't they have a bit of fun and show it off? I can think of one GayGaffer in particular who has put in a lot of work to go from kinda heavy to very buff, and his pictures don't make him a slut, I think he's an inspiration.

That said, I'm pissed that Hang 'Em High and Wizard's X-box Halo 2 remakes weren't put into Halo 2 Vista/PC (AFAIK). Those were decent Team SWAT maps (and I beat you on the Wizard remake map. :3)

It's my favorite Tales of. I'm eagerly waiting for Tales of Graces F. Though the game I want now is Xenoblade.
Its hard for some people though. I work out all the time and I'm chubby at 160lbs.

I usually talk/show off my body because like GothPunk said, I'm putting time and effort into it.
Of course it's not the first thing I tell people about and I don't talk about that constantly, but I do mention it when the situation arises because I am proud of the results I've gotten.

Its all about the attitude. I would say for most people the whole point of posting pics online is to gain approval. And thats nothing to be ashamed of. That kind of attention feels good. Posting several unsolicited pics of your body or showing your ass on cam? You cross a line from humble to pretentious.
I think people are mistaking healthy pride with arrogance which is what my original post was in regards to.

The woman who ran the circuit training class I used to go to had asthma, she had to learn some crazy ass breathing techniques to be able to do sport. I have no idea how she did it as she was in bits sometimes. I really respected her dedication.
