Does any other guy get somewhat annoyed when women gravitate towards you just because your gay, and think they can 'kiki' with you? I'm kind of a manly man. I don't vogue, I am not the most fashionable (Though i am stylish), and I'd rather play Marvel vs Capcom than go to the club. I hate doing dishes, cleaning, and decorating. Yet girls will 'find out' about me and either be upset that they can't have me or send me random messages like "Hey boo! bla bla bla let me tell you bout this bitch bla bla bla here are my man problems".

And the worst is when they start telling me about their best friend who is some gay queen, or start asking questions like "Top or bottom" or try to hook me up with some gay monster.

Anyone else experience this? I dont know if this is the best place for this, but this has happened SOOO MUCH in the last few weeks it is driving me insane.
I avoid these wenches like the plague. They're essentially vampires-- don't invite them in or you'll regret it. I love lesbians though. And there are certainly cool, self-possessed straight women that don't think of gay guys as novelty accessories.

And this, too. Time to watch the others!

Thankfully I haven't had much experience with the whole 'gay best friend' thing, maybe because I have difficulty hiding my disgust and most of the people I've met with those expectations have been pretty vapid. Oh well, this like one of the few situations where having a slightly judgmental and aloof personality seems to pay off...

I have, no lie, been watching and rewatching these for the last hour. LOL!
But that's EXACTLY what I'm faced with! that girl sounds EXACTLY like some of the girls who try to 'bestie' me!

Its sometimes hard to tell which straight girls are fag hags. I have a lot of female 'friends' I keep at arms length, because they only call or talk when they wanna tell me something gay or find out gay info or go to a gay club etc. I'm just so warm and inviting *insert sunshine emoticon*

But I have met my fair share of crazy lesbians. I'm wary of them at this point somewhat! lol!

well lucky you! somewhat! I'm always so sensitive to the person i'm talking to's feelings, that I feign interest even when they droll on about something they don't want to talk about, regardless of if I like the person or not. That encourages them to talk more. It's freaking TORTURE!

I do this too. I always nod my head and ask questions too even though i just want them to STFU!

I'm usually like that too, but certain things bring out crazy independent tendencies, it's sort of like a switch gets flipped in my head and I become a completely different person... but I think "independence" is like a security thing for me and people like that usually make me feel like they want a 'pet' more than a real friend, and it pisses me off. I think that's why I have some success with that, because the oh-so-sudden shift from lighthearted to contempt is freaky, even to me.

What does kiki mean? And voguing?

As far as doing dishes and cleaning, that has nothing to do with being masculine.

If a girl was asking me Top or Bottom I'd probably bitch slap her. Girl, please.

I don't really have many female friends. The ones I do have don't treat me that way, though.

Well, one of them tells me about bitches and things but that's just because we like talking about people. :V

Kiki = joke and laugh with in a degrading to others or overly feminine fashion also called "Cackle" or "Kii Cackle".

Vogue = a form of gay dance, youtube "vogue battle" or just see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2_7a6jP-JM

And I am a clean person, but none of your friends ask you asinine questions like "Whats the best dishwashing liquid?" or "Which one is softest on your hands" etc? I mean, like intricate housekeeping or fashion or fragrance questions and whatnot. It takes me some effort to not just go "Bitch, I Don't know! Don't Ask me that shit!"

I dont have many female friends. Infact most of mine are straight males although i love me some fashion shows i turn into such a gurl for those.

Lol, what? That's crazy.

Also, I saw a GIF of that vogue dance thing but had no idea what it was. Interesting.

Looked like a horrible gay mating dance. D:
I dated a guy who vogued (and walked) for a house. Hid it from me for months before I found out through youtube.

The thing is outside of it he's actually pretty masculine, and laid back. But that killed all and any attraction i had for him.

..But I still watch his youtubes from time to time. His body and face are so amazing :P

voguing is awesome lol

you can do it in a slightly more organized and dancey way like this here man Mike Gamble Voguing

he teaches a class on it here in Gothenburg :D.. I attend!

actually getting *less* attracted to someone because they vogue.. wow that's hard to imagine for me. it's such a stupid fun dance. STYLIN' yahh, and! you get to make your own catwalk walk, which is quite difficult to achieve. trying to look like a model walking down a runway is harrrrd

they're so fierce!

also just logged in to a swedish gay/dating site, got a few 'like to get licked?', 'up for something?' etc. and one sweet guy just asking if I'm new in town and welcoming me here etc. (recently moved9

Darn, last minute and everything. Well, hope he still shows interests into re-scheduling...or something.

Yeah, because not fitting into traditional gender roles makes you a transvestite.

I never said it did. What I was getting at is that there are plenty of gays who don't fit a stereotype. Also, do you follow me from thread to thread looking for an argument? I'm flattered.

Funny, cuz thats not what I got. Infact the last page has had some seriously negative comments that I would consider homophobic if it came from a straight poster.

Then again, I might be being overly sensitive. So whatever.

Hey stud, is everything alright? Haven't seen you in a while around Facebook..and not much in here. ;)

So does the end of DADT mean that there will be more openly military men in uniform in bars...cause I'd start going to bars if it meant yes.

Oh, sorry.. I didn't mean to offend you. I just believe gay and transgender are not the same thing and should not be a part of the same movement. I don't hate transgenders or anything.

Oh they already did.. I don't think the military did sting operations on gay soldiers for a long time. They did in the past but the far past like in the 70s and 80s.

Okay, but someone being effeminate or a transvestite doesn't mean they're transsexual so that's kind of a non-sequitur.
