You found the right forum. Gaf is really open which was a nice surprise to find when I joined. A few have their opinions but that's only a handful. You'll like it here.

GayGAF: Let me preface by saying I've had my share of gay friends, and they were all wonderful, fun people to be around. On behalf of StraightGAF, let me thank you for the magic of gay bars and how it makes it so much easier to approach straight women. I find it unfortunate that your bars can be "ruined" by too many guys and girls caught in this cultural dating cold war... but my friend DJs at a gay club so I have an excuse. :p

In short, thank you for providing a place where women deactivate their bitch shields and we can get a chance. Stepping into a gay bar truly is like entering another dimension. :p

Same here, though I've started to slowly branch out to Western games once I built my PC.

I actually have a ton of DS/Wii/and VC games I need to finish. And buy :(

I remember when I first heard of Electroplankton all those years ago. It got rare pretty fast, I think.
 
Anyway,
to not be too much off topic, it'd be nice to have a suggestion from you about my personal crush. Since it's a tricky situation, it's difficult to talk with other people, also because in the last two years I've been very busy from an academic point of view. Well, I think I love my professor. The one with whom I'm writing the thesis. The fact is that I'm often in his office, and we're starting to have a more informal relationship, and it grows in me. I mean, he's really, really handsome, and he's also smart. But he's nice with me -I think he must be nice with everyone though- and I think he likes me -probably as a son, ah ah- but I have to spend at least 6 months further because of the project we're working. Did someone here have a situation like this in the past? Or even nowadays :P

I've never been in this situation, but I'd probably suggest not saying anything until after you're done with everything. You don't want to risk the situation becoming awkward. I don't know if you're upfront with people in regards to how you feel about them, but even if you are and want to tell him...don't :P Unless you know know he's gay/is okay with gays/likes you in that way/know for a fact he won't be weirded out if you tell him, go ahead.

Actually, the closest to this situation I've been in is when I had a tiny crush on my sixth-grade teacher.

What, from GayGAF or all of GAF? I don't mind saying who I find to be attarctive, but it would be a long list. Actually, I probably don't even know their damn usernames.

Dreams-Visions reminds me of an ex, PhoenixDark i think his name is is cute, i'd smang chronos4590 and im giving him the rape-eye, and theres a lot of BlackGAF that looks quite good as well.

couple guys from the tinychat too. kibblesbits, grailey, and Oh My GOD Darthwufei. He is the hottest Gaffer on here. gat dayum. period. Besides me of course.
