Hah, that's the thing. I don't know why anyone would use a bought skin instead of using one that shows they earned it by doing something cool. I don't think my chrome, flaming and golds will be swapped out at any point until I get Onyx.

I just don't like the idea of someone unlocking the gold omen weapons faster than the rest of us because Epic decided to err on the side of "casual."

I don't really see it as a casual thing. They would have unlocked the weapons before the rest of us because they got the game early anyway. People were going to unlock it before us no matter what. I didn't expect to be one of the first people to unlock the skins.

Now I reached Act 3 Chapter 1. I had the feeling that I'm missing some information, because the game seems something to miss in terms of story. I guess you hardcore Gears fan read the books, so you don't have this feeling I hope.
