No. Sure there will be announcements, but Order and U4 are games that already have abnormal potential in them. They will be fine.
Overhype is present only in this batshit crazy thread, the rest of the world is spinning on normally.

Well, it's safe to assume Kitase & his team has been cooking something up for a while; whether that's VII-Remake (most likely, if Verendus is to be believed), some kind of VII-2/Advent Children sequel game, FFX-3, new IP, etc. it's anyone's guess.
The only reason I could see that being announced/teased at a Sony-specific event would be if it:
A. is being co-developed/co-funded by Sony
B. has historic significance to the PlayStation brand
C. both of the above
We do know Square will be at the event & (unless I'm mistaken) a new JRPG project (that is not a 'remaster') might be shown. I lean towards option C., with the reason for showing this now is due to option B. This event is shaping up to be a nostalgia fest (also why I don't think games like Shenmue 3, Dragons Dogma 2, Street Fighter would be there, since who the hell relates any of those to the PS brand?)
I'm keeping my expectations low, but shit... it's hard not feeding on the energy/hype in this thread.

I don't think. Everyone's appetites are craving to see Uncharted 4 if only to see how ND is gonna make the PS4 sing. People will be hyped up about it even more after the event. It'll be one of the biggest releases next year.
The Order has everyone's interest as well. This could become an amazing franchise and people want to see more. The only reason the "megatons" are big deals, I think, is because they are sequels in beloved franchises that we've been waiting for (with the exception of Last Guardion, of course). The Order may enter that caliber of franchise and we'll all be begging for The Order 3 in PS6's generation!
