Physical copy? yeah, I try to avoid physical copy for quite some years now, simply because I've been living in 3 different countries in the past 12 years, can't afford to have lots of baggage when moving around.

I'd go for digital copy, it's only 1000 yen for the whole single, or 250 yen for the song. Somehow I have JP iTunes and PSN accounts with fake address, can't even remember how I created them.

You got digital downloads if you were in the fan club, along with the other merchandise. You couldn't just buy it directly. Shame, because it's really friggin good from what I've heard.

There any special content coming this week? Looking a bit thin at the moment, surprises like Mario Party are always wonderful.

I hope Vinnyvania continues at some point.

There have actually been a lot of articles doing similar things.

And really, that is my bigger complaint. He is like 3 weeks late on the "write a blog about the kardashian game" train.

There are definitely some western-unreleased PS1 games that are worth a look, such as SMT. But I'm not sure about PS3 / PS4 games though, none of them has managed to grasp me yet.

Charisma.com is pretty dope. I want The Raid to include 'a lunch with Charisma.com'. They are still indie right? Lastrum should still be indie label.

Nick Suttner was the first person I heard it from back in 2009. Shane then reiterated it when he joined in 2011. There have been a lot of middle management changes since then though. I would guess people on Adams level can do as they please and the rank and file can podcast with permission, which I imagine is similar policy to most devs and publishers.

Yeah I somehow ended up playing it for about 5 hours straight last Sunday. It's pretty chill. Survival mechanics feels kinda unnecessary and out of place though.
 
It's weird how the (non-60 FPS) sprite flicker in Jet Gunner only affects one half of the player character's body as if the character actually consists of two sprites.

It's just a trailer... and the article is accurate. I see no problem.
 
Is Pinecroft Drive just poorly optimized or do they really need to upgrade their computer? You'd think that they'd be allowed to get decent parts every now and again.

They've got a good enough computer to run that game, so I doubt it's the computer's fault if it runs poorly. I mean, look at that game.

GBNY? I'm don't think they've said. From what Vinny has said they should be getting that computer in the mail any day now, if they haven't already recieved it. Vinny and Alex talked about doing a stream with them building the computer, maybe that's the Friday stream?
 
Crawl released on Steam today. They played it on a few UPFs and it looks really fun. I think i'll wait for another boss or two to be released before i buy it though.
 
Eidolon seems to come close to my dream game but not quite.
What I want is a game with a big, non-randomized open world, survival elements though nothing too severe and no enemies but you can find destroyed cities, laboratories, dungeons or whatever and solve puzzles in there to piece together what happened to the world. Also a Skyrim like compass system cause honestly I don't like walking around in a forrest for 20 minutes without knowing where to go.
So, if you are a developer reading this you have my blessing to make that. But get on it. Hop hop
 
Giant Bomb and twitch both probably have the worst video sorting out of any site. Is there a way on twitch to sort by oldest date?
 
Looks like Twitch is already censoring any archived videos that have copyrighted music, so there's a decent likelihood that we've already lost some of the unarchived GB material forever.

Neat, hopefully they are building a decent rig so they can play anything.

And Eidolan seems interesting, bit of a shame they didn't get to a city area as they look really neat. Last minute of the quick look was pretty amusing.

Anyone else use the giantbomb metro app? Been using it to stream videos to my TV from my surface pro 2 but I noticed recently that it seems to only be doing so at 30 FPS. Is that a metro play restriction or something the creator should look at? Or am I just crazy?

Also seems to be cutting out more lately, usually have to connect it a few times in longer videos.
