I think she has made a defense mechanism for herself where she automatically assumes everyone who criticizes her on the internet is a dork with girl problems. You could see how it would hold up well in twitter battles.

EDIT: I find it funny people freaked out about the Nazi costume remark. That shit has totally influenced stuff we call cool today. I'm thinking Killzone and 40k.
