I think sometimes they have grand ambitions that should be dialed back a bit. Rather than front load the day zero podcast with guests just have it be Brad, Alex, Patrick, Ryan and Vinny or Drew until Jeff arrives. No need for a big production. I like Jeff Green but he's in the industry now. I like Sessler but not so much that I seek him out. Pachter, I'd be fine if he rode off into the sunset. Don't like his attitude.
