I've never understand Giant Bomb's criticisms towards Blacklight. It looks completely 100% like it's picking up where Conviction left off in terms of mechanics.

The movement, tone and mechanics look like they're stripped directly from Conviction and pay no mind to the older games.

Even taking into account that I'm not really into Halo, I'm really surprised how impressed people seem to be about the Halo 4 demo. Other than the new enemies and weapons, it looked like every other Halo game.
