I think that's part of the reason I disliked it. At some point, every problem was way more solvable with the assault rifle than it was with any other mechanic. It's not that I needed the game to be non-violent (killing someone by hacking a generator to explode (???) isn't that different from shooting them), it's that the game casts away the mechanics because they are almost always the worse option. It is faster, safer, and more active to just shoot everyone.
Should uh, the main character put on headphones before jumping down that mountain and listen to some Rakhim?This game seems laid back as hell; like the perfect game to listen music to.
My main worry with this game is they don't nail the feel of one of the traversal types because they are spread thing across modes.
