Giant Bomb @ E3 2016 | WEED3

They said in the post-day one vid that they'll have Zelda video up shortly afterwards, but I don't see it. Am I missing something or did they just not upload it yet?

Really enjoyed the second segment. Neither here nor there, but Lorne Lanning is criminally good looking! Amazing podcast guest, too. Last year, he did a fantastic 4 hour overview of his career over on Retro Asylum.

Needs more Bakalar

Some dude in the chat was claiming Lang expressed that he might not be on the night show on his GFB podcast.

My heart will be crushed if true.

On the Periscope where Dan ambushed Lang, Dan said Lang would be on the show on Thursday. So expect that!

Last night's show was so good. I now need some coffee.

Yes, they couldn't get him booked. Bastards.

Just a quick note... You combined the first two segments. The first segment was only the 8-4 guys and the second segment had Palmer Greg and Ed. After that it's all accurate.

My first year following the GB E3 stuff, Jesus this Day 1 coverage is 5 hours??

Worth noting that the first hour is more the "coverage" talk you expect from a games outlet, with the people from that outlet talking about what they encountered. Whenever the guests are brought on, it's more to shoot the shit about anything, from what they've done in the past in terms of work to weird stories in genera,l not just about E3.

Somehow I'd forgotten how good Jeff is during these late shows. Anyway, the guests and discussions were pretty awesome. I enjoy seeing old friends, in addition to watching Giant Bomb forge new connections.

Are they releasing these post-E3 discussions as podcasts again this year? Don't really have time to sit down and watch a 5 hour video...

Last year they offered an audio version, so they will probabaly do the same again. I imagine it takes a lot more time to edit the audio out than editing the video on the website.

Lorne Lanning made using assets to make a previz concept video to get one over on Sony's PS2 restrictions to avoid potential cancellation sound absolutely badass.

I keep seeing it mentioned but I had forgotten. What question did Jeff ask Phil last year that people are referring to?

Yeah, it always goes up as a podcast but Brad or Jeff has to edit that in addition to being on the show floor, so hopefully it goes up today. The went to past midnight their time last night and uploaded the archive a good few hours later than that.

anyone have a timestamp for the lorne lanning bit about the ps2 concept video? Someone should make a thread about that.

Basically the entire notion of ps2 capabilities for many people was all a lie lol.

back in the day when people weren't snarky about that stuff and believed footage of stuff were real :(
