I don't think they could really do that. They have always made it seem like they have a schedule before the show, but then a lot of people have to reschedule, cancel etc. as the days goes by. It's probably better to just leave it open and then people can just check out the archive and see who was actually on.
 
The absolute truth bombs from Lanning that start with Jeff's question at 1:50:15 are absolutely fantastic.

1:53:00 through 1:55:20 is just such a great capture of the challenges in big development.

Some of the best stuff I've ever heard on any gaming podcast or interview.

lanning is always a straight shooter. Got to love it.

So guys, what are the top games you're most excited about coming out of E3?


1. Zelda: Breath of the Wind
2. Mass Effect: Andromeda
3. Persona 5
4. Spiderman PS4
5. Dead Rising 4
6. State of Decay 2
7. Horizon: Zero Dawn

2&3 didn't have the biggest showings at the show, but I'm still really looking forward to them.
 
Anything really visually dependent happen in last night's video after the segment with Lorne Lanning + Hanger 13 guys or am I fine listening to just the audio version?

Like, games that were at E3 that I am interested in or games that I am excited about because of E3? If it's the latter:

2. Zelda

4. State of Decay

The latter is probably a more interesting convo. In that case, my list above is the same without Persona, and maybe Mass Effect bumps Horizon off of the top 5. I got a lot more out of Bioware interviews than the footage they showed.

I am interested in Prey 2 but that game could be anything. Horizon looks super cool but I don't have a PS4 and don't plan on buying one.

I'll add, E3 lessened excitement for Battlefield 1, Scalebound, Recore, Bend's next game, and FFXV.

His impressions and opinions about VR last year were the same. The best comments, facts and opinions about VR I have heard yet. The man is so intelligent, and fantastic at getting his point across so it is easy to understand for all.
 
The biggest surprise game for me was we happy few, what a cool concept, and the art atyle definitely gave me bioshock vibes, even if it wont actually play like that i was hooked

I was super into it until a friend described to me what the game actually was.

It's the first time I was actually hoping a game would be a walking simulator.

I've seen a couple of people say this but nobody ever mentions what the game "actually is"? So, what is it? As far as I can tell it's some survival-y game, right?
 
I'm most looking forward to Dishonored 2 and Horizon may be the game that pushes me over the edge on the PS4 along with Gran Turismo. I've been dying to play Bloodborne. Quake would be my most anticipated if I could be more confident in the quality. Zelda looks great, maybe not enough to push my on an NX early.

Make sure you pick up Last of Us Remastered when you get a PS4. Game is beautiful.

Screwattack is OK, they have put out/helped produce some cool content over the years.
