Phil giving the right answers on VR and Augmented reality.

I own a Vive and I still agree 100% with his views. When VR is good it is fucking good....but it is currently a Wild West with alot of experiements with most of them really bad, I think most devs are still trying to work out what works in VR and what doesn't

I really do like this Wild West scene though, it really reminds me on the early days of gaming.....it's kinda cool to be there from the beginning.

I dont think VR is fully realized until it can be combined with some sort of augmented reality where you move around in the VR space with your actual body.

At least he understands the market enough to realize the Xbox 1 X isn't going to sell gangbusters. The issue is that people will buy a PS4 before they buy an X1s if they want it for 3rd party games.

Phil seems like a decent dude but it's really hard not to completely zone out when it's a 1 on 1 with someone who's talking mainly about stuff that doesn't mean much for me, as someone who somehow ended up using mainly a Mac and PS4 right now?
