Great...now Norm is talking about a flight he's taking on friday night. There's already almost zero content on Tested when he's at work, imagine when he's out...

What the heck is Whitta doing in here NOT telling us why nobody is working at Whiskey Media?!

If it's fleas...

blame the dog!

I demand gaming (read: Mass Effect) talk on tested this week to make up for the lack of gaming content on giantbomb

Speaking of tested, don't they have their iPads yet? I need my weekly dose of child like wonder and enthusiasm. Too much shit talk this week
flings poo filled hand at flea infested Chloe... sadly she did not rush me fast enough

Why would we? We ordered them the same way as everyone else. I'm sure tomorrow will feature some iPad Day -1 talk. DEAL WITH IT.

Mass Effect talk is also sure to happen as me and will and norm have been playing it a lot.

Oh, and some other stuff too.

If Chloe does not have fleas, then Giant Bomb must be closing down. That is the only sensible conclusion I can come to, and you cannot argue with logic.

Oktobercast x Big Live Live Show Live

Whiskey Media was inspired by the release of Street Fighter x Tekken so they've started preparing their own crossover of insanity.

came to this thread to find out why they are at Daves house and there's no new content on any of the sites. Guess there's a secret. I guess if it were bad news they probably would have had a grand fairwell from the office. And hopefully if it was no news (ie doing something about the mold) they would have just said so...so it must be good news?

Either good news or mold news and not telling the community is a giant troll attempt.

It did occur to me the other week that Jeff and Ryan are probably always sick because that mold is screwing up their immune systems, same thing happened to me when my place had damp.

It's probably nothing and we're just being paranoid, but considering they're a relatively small company and a lot of us are subscribing with money, a clarification sooner rather than later of why they're not in the office would be the right move, I think.

My guess is the fleas or some kind of renovation/work done on the office. It's typical GiantBomb style to pull a non sequitur like suddenly broadcasting out of Daves house and giving absolutely no explanation for it.

Remember, we're talking about the guys that did a Friday show in fake moustaches without ever referring to them or revealing why they did it.

If it was bad, the rumour would be out there already. We've got nothing to worry about.

Vinny died in a drinking contest with Johnny V at GDC.

Tune in tomorrow and watch a live stream on Vinnys clone first steps outside of his test tube and we put him to work editing 2 weeks of late video content

I just read Patrick's blog about Mass Effect, I really enjoyed it. I went into the game with the same sentiment about not replaying the final mission, regardless of the death count. Ultimately I only lost three characters, and I didn't care about them, but it is strange hearing people talk about Mordin in ME3, and wondering what role he would be fulfilling had he survived. I have an email from Miranda to meet at the Citadel, but I imagine she's still working for the Illusive Man, so something of an antagonist in this game.

The value of that series is certainly in the character interactions, and the repercussions as those relationships go past the end of an entry. It's not always handled well, but the fact it's handled at all puts it clearly above it's peers in that regard.

I'm only a few hours into ME3, and am enjoying it, the long term relationship decisions are already paying off in subtle, quite human ways. Wrex made a joke last night that he doesn't get a room with a window because Liara is a better kisser, for example. ME3 has gotten a lot of shit, but so far I think it's better than 2, hopefully that will sustain.

Not really. We pay for content and we get it. There shouldn't be some idea of there must be X amount each week, every week, no matter what. They posted a few articles, 2 reviews, several videos, an extra long bombcast. Seems alright to me.
