It actually doesn't affect me because I won't be playing for another 4 hours or so but I'd imagine, if there was a company that could accurately estimate server maintenance times, it would be Blizzard.

D3 failed because of maintenance and they tried a few other games but crashed now new stream is D2.

Well, they tried Diablo 3, but the servers weren't very cooperative. They'll probably switch once they manage to log in.
