He was all about the way Alpha Protocol and Mass Effect handled choice, and The Walking Dead is a page from that style of interactive storytelling. It's doing it way better too IMO, maybe the best we've seen yet in games.
My tumblr dashboard is this pretty often.
There are times where I might actually be interested in something, but due to overexposure by seeing the same gifs and fanart countless times a die i start harboring a dislike for it. Happened to me with Harry Potter, Sherlock, The Hunger Games, and The Avengers although I'll admit I held no interest in Hunger Games beforehand.
I agree with a lot of your points. However, in the case of Binary Domain, I think it has great characters and fun gameplay. Given how long Spec Ops took to come out and how lackluster it felt to play, though I only played the demo, it's understandable where Jeff is coming from.

Yeah, he seems to be poking around for number stations. So far he's found BBC 5 Live and the Vatican radio network. Oh, he also found a Russian station transmitting a message in morse code and managed to decipher it, which I thought was kinda impressive.
Did he really? Damn, that's cool.
All that numbers station/shortwave radio stuff is fascinating. And kinda creepy.
So glad there was a Jar Time today, perfect timing for a mundane project I was working on. Missed the radio stream, sounded awesome though.
Edit: Also watched the Lunar Flight Flight Club episode. Random, but meant to ask; what's wrong with Doom 3? Vinny/Dave made some comments about how they were disappointed with it but didn't elaborate much, and I recall Jeff isn't a fan either. I was never into the series personally but I was under the impression that 3 was super well-received. Was that not the case among fans?

Doom 3 was well received. I've only played the peasant xbox version and remember quickly selling it to buy god of war on the ps2.
it was just boring to me.
Is it me or is the video quality for his Stream pretty bad? Found it hard trying to watch the PSO2 and it being really unclear and low res.
Jeff has shitty internet bandwith at home so there's not much he can do right now. I know he talked about changing ISP but I guess he didn't do it yet.
It's a shame their area doesn't have FIOS.

I was listening to bits of JarTime at work then at home. My wife was watching HGTV about single room makeovers. I would love to see the channel makeover Jeff's videogame/garage room into a videogame library/archival room with cameos of his sketchy roommate.

Just now getting around to watching last weeks SNES marathon. The entire Lester The Unlikely section is absolutely hilarious.

As someone who liked the first 95% of the mass effect series, and liked some of the ideas of AP.
Playing the walking dead just made me sad the effort/writing was wasted on a shitty zombie universe.
Probably Brad. Ryan seemed to agree with Jeff's gripes with the MOBA genre in the Awesomenauts QL.
