it's fun purely for killing. but the levels are definitely poorly designed. the best aspect was only for the MP which was amazing. thankfully Halo 3 SP fixed all these issues.

i guess but it really looks i was very tolerable of the game in those days LOL.

Yeah, the campaign was so disappointing (not the ending, just the level design, pop-in, graphics) that I didn't even finish Halo 3 and never gave a chance to ODST or Reach until years later.

Heroic + being up for too long will do that.

But yeah, 2 has some really weird overly long/open levels that aren't much fun. Too many big arena rooms, not enough actually "open" feeling large levels like Halo and whatnot.

It's the former. The weapon balancing is just fine, but two tired dudes doing whatevs will make it look worse.
