It sounds like she's into you. You cannot be afraid of rejection when dealing with women. Ask her out , make sure she knows your intentions. ie YOU WANT GO ON A DATE. You don't want her thinking that this is just two friends going out. Hopefully she says yes. Then go out and just have FUN with her. Do not tell her your feelings, don't bring up any heavy topics. Feelings are super heavy and will turn her off, show her how you feel by asking her out. Just have fun. Then take her out a second time maybe a week later and go for the kiss by the end of the second date. You've gotta make the moves to show your intentions and never be afraid of her rejecting you. If she does then it's all good and you can move on to the next. Women are very intuitive, they know when a guy is into them. Don't hide it, that's how you get friendzoned.

Ahhhh, to be young and scared of everything again. To be fair, it was just a few short years ago that the world was a profoundly different case. It was easier to entertain thoughts and listen to your inner "kiss her, you fool, KISSS HERRR" voice when it was not immediately followed up by all the usual voices screaming such jazz as "wait, I am a man, Men = bad, I better not do anything to anyone because I will very likely go to jail forever if I just even tell a girl that she is pretty" or that such. Anyway, I do recall many years ago being out with a girl for a few times.. we ended the first night in her bedroom, quite late, but it was just talking and me trying to decipher signals, eventually I left. We had about 2 or 3 more dates and much of the same. I was very attracted to her, but really couldn't get a bead on whether I was supposed to go for it or what. After pussing out once again (literally dropping her off at the end of the night, going back to my car) my dumb brain snapped and made me stop the car, get out, chase her to the front door, grab her and just start making out with her. She pulled back after a moment and asked me "what took you so long?" I replied "I wanted to do this that first night.." and she cut me off "well, why didn't you kiss me then!" AUUGGHHHHHH

This is awful advice on all accounts - first part is a terrible idea in general, 2nd part would mean no one night stands ever happen again.

My advice when dealing with housemates is usually just don't. Like unless she's your fucking true love it some shit, it's asking for trouble. You're basically moving in on the first date. Recipe for disaster and an uncomfortable living situation. Other fish in the sea.
