Its good of them to actually give props to the support studios outside of just having them in the credits that we all wont watch.
More studios need to do this.

The laymen need to understand making AAA games is almost never a one studio operation.

But yeah, if physical should ever go away, "going gold" will be later in the cycle to launch already patched up with that. They still have target dates for marketing to adhere to.
