[GOG.com] The Outer Worlds and Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey are getting delisted

We've secured a discount for Ancestors, but couldn't do so for The Outer Worlds.
God forbid someone would have bought it, played and became interested in a sequel that just came out.

Thankfully, Microsoft still has not forced Bethesda to stop releasing in GOG (probably they are mostly unaware of it). The Outer Worlds was originally published by Take Two, so it released in GOG.

At least a warning a few days in advance. But this is sad to see. Wonder who and why that decision was made.
The games were published by a then Take-Two subsidiary called Private Division. The deal they had offered to the devs behind these games mentioned that the studios would retain the IPs but publishing rights would remain at Private Division, which was shutdown last year.

So who the fuck owns what at this point? That might be a possible reason for these delistings.

Probably due to some sort of commitment they made during their negotiations with regulators. I give it a couple more years before they pull out entirely.
