So I recently looked at my walls and felt they are pretty empty. I usually have it this way because I like rooms that are arranged cleanly and neatly but I feel they are a little too clean and starting thinking about what to actually put up there to get a little contrast to my white walls.

So I thought I'd ask you all here about posters and other wall decorations you like and would like to recommend

Thanks for the help and please post pictures of the recommendations hanging on your walls. Would be a nice way to see how they would look when up and also a nice way to see how you all have it

Find one you like, some will have links to the original artist's site, buy them directly from the artist. They're usually unique and different from what most people have.

I cleaned my wall, peeled off the paper and hung it up. It took two people and I can post some pictures of it when I get home if you'd like.

Very, very good buy for ~$40 after shipping, and I plan to buy more.

Sorry I took so long to get back but here is the one I promised a few weeks back--

The decal comes as a big sticker and I laid it down on my kitchen table and gently peeled it off. Before this I cleaned my wall for a few minutes and let it dry while I was peeling off the sticker. It took two people and two pencil mark lines to make it level. Total time to hang and everything was just about 30minutes. Totally worth it to me as this is where I compose my music at.

I've got a few things on my walls, not because they're pretty, but because they're funny in a way:

- little pic of the pope (lol)

- "Scene from Moby Dick" = replica from the painting behind The Simpsons sofa, in a rather expensive frame (lol)

- Some 1950's art from a girl standing in an airport, somewhat pin-up girl style. Same style as this:

- I want to add a kermit the frog poster with several snapshots of him as if it's his portefolio, but I don't find a decent place for it, so it's still rolled up in a closet.

Dont' have pics of any of these, but I'll try to take some in near future.

no it's pretty close to the wall. hooks on the back of the pictures hang on to screws in the wall.
