well, you may not have any issues but other people seem to be having a ton. missing messages, messages taking forever to send, incoming messages getting blackholed...

Again, like I said on the HTC One "gap" issues, if it's a real enough issue, there'd be a lot more media coverage about it on the big sites like CNET, AllThingsD, Ars, and WIRED or even the second tier ones like The Verge or GigaOm.
