BTW, the JRebel for Android guys are apparently going to be at the expo. Their product does something that Android developer tools sorely need right now - real time development.

I'd normally think that it is just a sample phone image to show screenshots, but they're clearly showing a Nexus 9 for the tablet screenshot, which exists.
Why not just sync with your Google account? It takes care of all of that. Photos, Wi-Fi passwords, etc. Or are you one of the "Google is evil and can't have my data" people?
What's with all the Lollipop shitting in this thread? Are people really having that much trouble with it? I've had three different phones with Lollipop (LG G2, Moto X, Galaxy S6) and it's been fine on all of them.
I love I/O. It's like early Christmas.

Come on nexus 7
I have found out, that people hate every update. Everything Google/Android/OEMs do, is the worst thing ever and they "make it worse with each update/product."

Its got to be the least hyped IO I have seen.
Maybe its in my head but I remember other Google IO events having generated much more anticipation.
Is M the new Android version? And will we see that today alongside their new Nexus phone?

Yeah, it's awful on my GS5. Just look at some of the other threads on here. My phone is slow, it freezes, locks itself when I've just unlocked it, and worst of all, the texting app says that conversations aren't available periodically which requires me to restart my phone.
So where's the best place to watch the keynote?

Already then, I'll see you guys in 5 hoursyoutube
Sony watch is the best hardware, no doubt. NFC, GPS. No heart tracker but those are rubbish for real use.Thinking that a Moto 360 2 might be spotted at the keynote if they talk about Android Pay. Rumours are swirling about getting that in the next wave of wearables specifically for that, even though there's the Sony watch that can already do this.

Crossing my fingers for a new iPhone.
What sites do nice liveblogs for Android stuff?
I pass on the Verge.
Engadget? ArsTechnica?
Looks like I will not be able to watch this live.
Will they post a VOD afterwards?

This is the damn truth. It's incredibly annoying when hands down, Lollipop is the best android update ever.
