So I bought a shelving unit to replace the one that fell apart, it was delivered, and I just didn't like it. I boxed it all up, called Staples and said I wanted to return it, and that was no problem.

They said it'd get picked up within 10 days. They also credited my account then, without even obtaining the item first.

Well, the 10 days passed, and nothing. So I just called up, and according to the record it was picked up from the doorman. I ... don't even have a doorman.

No, the first shelf broke. They refunded me and had the Salvation Army pick it up.

This second shelf was fine, I just didn't like it. So... I technically have a free shelf I suppose.
