Yeah when I was on SNAP for a few months between contracts I was only getting I think 150 a month, maybe less.

Like, how does a mother fucker that makes or has millions of dollars get upset about the government giving a small percentage of poor people enough money to buy some food each month.

I will never understand this bullshit rhetoric. I'm sure there is fraud in these social welfare programs but I feel that it's minimal. You have to apply and get a shit ton of verification stuff for most of these programs. It's not like they hand these funds out like candy on Halloween.

The government is so fucked. I shattered my ankle working for the post office. Federal workers comp denied me initially, and I figured they did that for most people to weed out the fraudsters with a "strained back", and make those that need it work for it...fine whatever. I'm two surgeries, and a bone removal later and I'm still waiting on their "reconsideration"...13 months later. "Oh thats just how it is, the NY office is really slow".

Gee...well I haven't been paid in a year, have medical bills out the ass and blew through my savings. But its the people who want to take advantage of the government....
