Talk about accidents happening out of the blue... just sitting at a red lane.. and BAM..... get out of the car.. only some scraps(Honda builds there cars baby) on my Accords bumper(yes still car shopping haven't decided yet on what to move to next)... I'm hit by.. ANOTHER Accord... ok.... here's where it gets crazy. The driver starts yelling at a TAXI driver in the other lane... claiming he was trying to get over there but the Taxi cut him off so he swerved back and hit me instead... geez that's nice.. save the piece of shit taxi and hit my car instead.

It gets better... the guy who hit me is Ukranian(though he now lives in Falls Church, VA) and he's leaving the country THIS AFTERNOON to go back for a funeral.

The only saving grace is that we both have the same insurance company(Geico), this... is going to be interesting.

well as long as you got his information, you can call geico and they should be able to process claim even if he is not here...

I hate when fuckers like this try not to take the blame for it. Fact is, sometimes they get away with it.
