There's Yotei and then there's TLOU Part II.

Yotei is quite violent but it isn't very graphic. Yes, limbs, all over, and blood, but no meaningful amount of decapitations, throat rips, visceral stabbing, bludgeoning, or disemboweling. It has enough violence to give it verisimilitude, but not so much graphic content as to make the game pervasively dour.
