Is there really a need for a whole new game? It’s not like graphic quality will improve that much. I see no reason why they can’t just continue adding to GT7 and using it as a base.
I love GT7 as much as the next person, but I’d also love a new GT game. I play mostly single player, and whilst the weekly races are a great addition, I really want a new career mode to get my teeth into. PD could technically add one to GT7, but I suspect we’ll be getting only minor updates from now on.

A whole new game just to pick races from a different menu? Hmmm 🤔

So I got a 4* ticket, there was Pagani invitation in it, I quit the game as Synastry Synastry adviced me. I guess if I roll the ticket the Pagani invitation will always be there?

So my question, what kind of ticket I can get those invitation? Can I get from other tickets that aren't 4 stars?

Just bought legendary Citroen DS, it so good man awesome modeling, you can almost smell the materials of the car lol

Yes the Invite is always the same the only thing that can change a invite from one invite brand to another invite brand is a content update but that's like a 5% chance of happing

You get Invites from 4* tickets and 5* Tickets only.

Yup the car models are beautiful in this game its my main favorite thing about GT7.

Spa + GT500 is an awesome combo. I lose too much time in the 2nd sector. I feel I'm waiting too much to accelerate out of turns, but maybe I'm just not nailing the correct line from the start.

Dude something weird happened lol

I got a ticket from café that I rolled and had only cool and expansive cars,I got the Lamborghini Veneno.

Right after that I got marathon ticket I rolled it and guess what? It gave me lumborgini invitation, the thing I don't need at all since I already own Veneno . And even if I quit game the roulette always Stop at Lamborghini invitation wtf lol

Btw sometimes the game block in menu I don't know if it's on me or internet or it's a known issue.

Just fiinished Ferrari collection, next world tour GT, I may go on this one with my Veneno.

Game is great beside the weird gale blocking thing, dude shit remind me dark era when PS2 early models had dogshiit DVD players.

The reason for this is the prize you get from tickets are predetermined the prize is set as soon as you get the ticket.

I'll explain lets say your DW ticket is gonna be a 5* ticket and that ticket will award you with a Car lets say a P1 GTR. that prize is determine as soon as you get that 5* so no matter how many times you open and close that same ticket its always gonna be a P1 GTR.

Of course a content update can sometimes change the prize you got from one to another of the same type..

I'll explain the following are tickets that have a chance to change the prize when a content update drops.

Car ticket so if you get a Enzo Ferrari but dont went it you can save it for a content update and it has a chance to change to another car.

Engine tickets also have a chance to change from one engine to another with a content update.

Parts tickets also have a chance to change from one Parts to another with a content update.

Invites.

The only things that doesn't change is Credits so when you get a ticket and it gives you 100K credits you will always get 100K and a content update will not change that.

Oh this very informative thanks. Thinking about it it make sense cause it would be almost cheating.

So I guess I will just try again on that ticket if an update drop.

Its not even 3 years old and still looks gorgeous. There is really nothing to justify a brand new one as its nowadays more associated with multiplayer than singleplayer campaign. Kind of like COD, you play the SP but you stay for years for the MP. Back in the day all we had to hang onto was the SP even as far as GT6. Id rather not see anything till PS6 as a launch title. These games should have 5+ years between them. Think Asseto Corsa does that well and each time shows massive improvements compared to the last. Hell, theres even people still playing GTR2 from 2006 religiously, constantly stuff being added as far as even putting in VR and the driving physics still hold up.

GT8 id like more focus on fantasy tracks. Not to say to only have those but at this point I really dont care for the 50th version of a Nissan GTR. It doesnt really change my gameplay. But tracks like Trial Mountain make the game shine. I want city tracks with beautiful city scapes, like in PGR games.

The best selling GT game had no online component, which suggests to me that the majority of GT fans want a decent single player career. I wouldn’t even call the multiplayer portion of GT7 that great considering you’re limited to 3 races at a time, with a couple of time trials. Unless of course you’re happy to try and set up your own races with friends.

GT was always predominantly a single player game until GT Sport.

Personally, I got into GT because it was a CaRPG.

You are living in the past. Best selling Gran Turismo (GT3) came out 24 years ago. Thats not a metric you can use in todays market. Everyone is online and everyone is connected. I too play GT for the single player but stay for the multi otherwise I would of played my 30hrs tops and just shelved the game and wait for a new one. I sure wouldnt have 200+hrs in GT7 if there was no multiplayer. Thats not how things work anymore, ever since GTS and connection to FIA, GT is now a new thing and is more of a online competative simulator than just a game. Nobody said remove SP but the production cost and development is so high and long, gone are the days when you can just whip out a new GT in 2 years.

All these driving simulators would of been duds if they didnt have a healthy online community. At the end fo the day if you really want to improve and see how good you are, you will know when you race against real people, not AI. Even GT7 single player people still found something to complain about, not sure what they want anymore.

I just finished Cafe mode, it was cool but I admit I rush it a bought to unlock weeklies. Fortunately thre still lot more to do even in Cafe. I finished the weekly I had hard time with Ferrari challenge but done it 2nd place. I spent all my money to get this weekly. Bight a Ferrari gt and (an insane) Mazda gt concept

Gt world tour I got 1st 1st 1st 2nd 14th

The last nurburgring was hell bro I don't think I did much errors but couldn't get past 14th

But got 2nd overall. Gotta retry someday to get 1st

After I win GT world tour I almost got Carrera gt for free but rng decide else lol

Now I have to get 2 millions before 3 February to get the Bugatti, hope it's doable without too much grind

It should be easy enough to get 2 million credits just by taking part in the weekly races and daily marathons.
