not just dead, it killed the whole franchise too.
they released it in a horrible state, you could basically see textures loading in during race. How Microsoft and Turn10 killed this franchise is beyond me.
Huge mismanagement
That’s Xbox? I’m on Xbox. Tons of people playing.![]()

I’m literally playing it with tons of people all the time. That’s better than Googling it. It’s actual in game experience. Sorry for the slapJust google it, you don't need me to slap you with the facts.
Just buy it on PS5 so you can also buy it a lot sooner on PC, problem solved! Here I am wanting this game so fucking bad and holding back, wondering if it's ever gonna come to PC as I just put together an ultra wide system with a 4080 for the attic and I feel like as soon as I buy it for the PS5 in the game room it'll be announced for PC.
..... getting harder to hold back the purchase lads. Give me strength.

When asked by GT Planet if he would consider a PC version of Gran Turismo 7, series creator and Polyphony head Kazunori Yamauchi said, “Yes, I do think so.”Nov 28, 2022Just buy it on PS5 so you can also buy it a lot sooner on PC, problem solved!
Seriosuly though.. I'm pretty sure you're not going to see it on PC and if you did, it would be years. Not sure why you think it's going to come to PC?
How I was looking when I came in to see what the update was about only to see people port begging.
Xbox? Xbox is even more dead. That’s Xbox? I’m on Xbox. Tons of people playing.
Ok! LOLXbox? Xbox is even more dead.
It's up to Sony, whether Polyphony want it on PC or not. GT has never been on PC, its one of their system sellers and it doesn't make sense for them to port it to PC, to take away from console sales. They know the game is good, they know you can't get it on PC so they are probably thinking well, you want it, buy a PlayStation. I think in the case of GT7, they probably care more about brand identity than profits. In my opinion, I don't think you will see it, but you never know. When asked by GT Planet if he would consider a PC version of Gran Turismo 7, series creator and Polyphony head Kazunori Yamauchi said, “Yes, I do think so.”Nov 28, 2022
This was clarified the very next month. It was just considered, but no work had gone into it.When asked by GT Planet if he would consider a PC version of Gran Turismo 7, series creator and Polyphony head Kazunori Yamauchi said, “Yes, I do think so.”Nov 28, 2022
Yet, Gran Turismo 7 doesn't seem to be coming to PC anytime soon, according to Kazunori Yamauchi himself. The franchise producer has now gone on record to clarify a recent mistranslation of one of his interviews, with some reporting that Polyphony Digital was actively researching for a PC version of the game. Yamauchi has now clarified that he was merely saying that "the possibility is not 0," but that he and his team weren't actually actively working on releasing Gran Turismo 7 on anything but PlayStation consoles. "There is nothing to talk about," he concluded.
Why is it dead? Why would they support dead game?
205 1.9 GTI
What a fucking classic
And god bless, GT was always about whacky cars and the reason I was in love with the series since GT4. For serious (TM) racing there's always iRacing or Assetto Corsa.I love how GT keeps adding wacky cars, even if they can't really be used for proper racing.
Nobody is playing it on Xbox (you can easily check this via Most Played page), the sim side of the series is killed, dead, buried and a skyscraper was built atop the grave. Since Forza is multiplat franchise now, Horizon is the only part of the series that is making a lick of sense on PS5. No way in hell Turn10 will go head-to-head with Polyphony on it's home turf. Would be interesting to see the T10 fate too, because right now I can't see a future for them outside of Horizon/Fable support team. That’s Xbox? I’m on Xbox. Tons of people playing.
