Notes:
1°) All 4th ability requires a 10 turns ramp up time before being usable, and can only be cast once.
2°) All GW 5* chara will have natively higher ougi cap than regular characters
3°) Damage increased against X element passives will raise cap but won't stack with primarchs weapons.
Uno:
1st: 11x water damage to overdrive foes, now 6 turn cooldown
2nd: Take damage in place of ally / counter 3 turns / big boost to own ATK
4th: 50% dmg reduction to whole team / absorb damage taken (lasts 3t)
Ougi: increased party damage if your HP is high (stamina) / barrier (3 turn effect)
Passive: Survive an attack with 1 HP / random 50% dmg reduction to self
Passive: Damage up against fire enemies
Song:
1st skill now boosts ability cap
2nd: Nuke becomes AOE (fewer enemy = higher dmg)
4th: EXTEND DEBUFF TIMER ON ALL ENEMIES BY 90s + 20X DAMAGE nuke, will almost always successfully land only once (cannot be recast)
Ougi: team crit up
Passive: boost to atk when enemy is few
Passive: Debuff success rate up the less enemies
Sarasa:
2nd: lowered CD, boost to atk/hostility down depends on weapon mode
GZ: now also apply earth resist down, lowered CD 4th: AUTO IGNITION (4 times) + Massive boost to atk (Cannot be recast)
Ougi: boost to self earth atk (axe)/ unaspected nuke now hits for 2 times (sword)
Passive sword mode now gets echo buff

1st: now applies two debuffs instead of one, poison replaced by Drown (-debuff resist + Dot), new debuff "Lost" (received higher dmg and deal less dmg)
2nd: 6 hits (up from 4), now also applies AOE dispel
4th: Boost to self debuff hit rate + THE NEXT 4 DMGING ABILITIES HAS NO CD (cannot be recast)
Ougi: BOOST TO TEAM DATA RATE (same as GW dagger, doesn't stack with GW dagger)
Passive: boost to self debuff hit rate
Funf:
1st: Team AOE Heal + Revitalize, lowered CD
2nd: lowered CD, team debuff resist becomes 100%
4th: Resurrect the whole party + Full recover to party HP + 1HP Endurance buff for whole party (Cannot be recast)
Ougi: Hit to dark dmg + Quick down
Passive: Immune to ability lock
Passive: Reduces party dark damage received
Six:
1st: allow gains stackable dmg cap up
2nd: counter now lasts 2T and can counter for 3 times
3rd: one time immune to dmg when casted
4th: Dodge all incoming dmg for 6 turns (cannot be recast)
Ougi: boost to self dodge rate (3t)
Passive: chance to retaliate upon taking damage
Smugface:
1st: stack cap raised to 5, stack now lasts for 5T, gets two stacks on use
2nd: lowered CD + gains 30% meter when used
4th: A second Team Ignition (requires 3 stacks) + Boost to team ougi dmg and ougi dmg cap (Cannot be recast, doesn't use swordshine stacks)
Ougi: One time damage immunity on self
Passive: Boost to self ougi dmg cap

Okto:
1st: Gains "Flying?" buff (Flying?: boost to self ougi dmg and ougi * cap when okto executes a double ougi)
3rd: lowered CD + gains stat boost according to how high his meter bar is
